Welcome! Atlantic Hand Therapy Center, now incorporating Advanced Hand Rehabilitation, is a provider of a full range of Hand Therapy & Occupational Therapy serving Monmouth & Ocean Counties in Central New Jersey. We also have Physical Therapy on site too!

Originally opened in 1999 by Andrew Aylett, an Occupational Therapist & Certified Hand Therapist, Advanced Hand Rehabilitation provided excellent & comprehensive Hand & Upper Extremity therapy services second to none. In January 2021  Advanced Hand Rehab joined forced with Atlantic Hand Rehab Center where the same level of skill, enthusiasm & care continues.  Click here to go to the new website where more information is available.

We work closely with Hand Surgeons to ensure that their patients gain the most thorough & rapid recovery possible. Our greatest source of referrals are, in fact, Hand Surgeons who know the importance of a highly skilled therapist to ensure that their patients obtain the best possible post surgical results. Furthermore, Atlantic Hand Therapy Center has no physician ownership or financial involvement. If you surgeon referred you, it’s not because he gets a kickback or plays golf with the boss!

Past patients are another important referral source. We aim to create a relaxed, personal, yet professional environment where people feel comfortable & among friends. We constantly hear from existing patients of their surprise at the enjoyment they experience during therapy sessions, even when completing what can, at times, be difficult & painful therapy.
